A Place Like No Other
Deep in the Syndicate Nature Reserve, where the rainforest breathes and the Sisserou Parrot flies free, you'll find us — a sanctuary at the foot of Morne Diablotins, Dominica's highest peak.
This was never built as a hotel. The Forestry, Wildlife & Parks Division raised it as the visitor centre of the Morne Diablotins National Park, for three reasons that still hold: to protect this forest, to help people watch it, and to explain what lives in it. The interpretation room tells that story panel by panel — and every trail in the reserve starts at the door.
Today the centre is becoming something more: a space to stay, eat, move, breathe and reconnect. Surrounded by ancient trees, waterfalls, small organic farms and the calls of endemic birds, Nise Syndicate Experience is where Dominica's wild heart welcomes you in.

The first thing we offer
Sleep in the Reserve
Day visitors get an hour of the Syndicate. Guests get the dawn chorus, the mist lifting off the canopy, and the trail to the falls before the first car arrives. Staying the night is the whole experience — the walks, the birds and the food all grow out of it.
Our first self-contained apartment is open: two bedrooms sleeping four to six, its own kitchen and bathroom, a living room to come back to. Camping and whole-place stays for groups sit alongside it.
